This is not a trademark license.  Any modifications of Brand Assets are strictly prohibited. Please note that ‘co-branding’ is not permitted.  Specifically, placing Matson Money Logo next to your own, unless prior written approval has been received, is not allowed.  Please consult with your legal personnel or compliance professionals familiar with your specific regulatory and corporate governance situation if/when using Matson Money Marketing Brand Assets.
